Welcome to WinDrivers, picozip.
Is there a strong reason to use such an antiquated and poorly supported video chip? (eg built into motherboard, but it appears to be an ISA bus card by the part number)
If not, you could probably find a better supported video card being given away somewhere - a Google search finds many, many people complaining that working drivers for the GD5401 are well nigh impossible to find...

I think that card only supports up to 16 colors, so the generic driver in Win98 should work.
