ibm thinkcentre board question
i have an ibm board that was used in a thinkcentre 81xx desktop computer. it has a pov board on it with two connectors. the front panel connection strip has two sets of power-on pins. i connected the front panel switch to the power-on pins and no go. i tried shorting the pins with a screwdriver and no go. i am wondering if the extra set of power-on pins gets connected to the pov board. does anyone know how to wire the board. the ibm literature doesn't get down to this level of connections. thanks.

i played with the board and got it to start (floppy power connector on wrong and the memory was not in dimm1) but now i get one long beep and two short beeps which i think is a video problem. i put it an agp card and then a pci card with no change. the board has onboard video. is the board officially no good or is there still some way to get to a setup screen. right now i get no screen at all. thanks
