Outlook 2003 calendar access
I have Office 2003 and exchange 2003. Even though I have my calendar expressly not shared, other people can randomly access my calendar and add/remove items from it. I have been over all my outlook settings looking for anything that would allow others access to my outlook. Has anyone else seen this and found what causes it?
Thanks
Miq

Check the permissons for your top level Outlook folder, usually Mailbox - "Username". If permissions are set there, they might be causing the issue.

Nope, all access to all users is set to none.
BTW this is office 2003 with all updates and service packs avaliable (as of dec 8th)
Any other ideas?

what about remote access to your PC? Would it be possible that someone is remoting into your PC? Does anyone know your username/password?

isn't remote access, I have it all disabled anyways. I am the lone person knowing my password and there is like no way anyone has broken it (it is 13 characters long with numbers, symbols, caps, ect..)

So in permissions tab you have what entries? There should be two, default and Anonymous both set to None.
This could also be because your admin has given another user access rights to your mailbox in Mailbox Rights from AD. Administrator always has access rights by default and you can also add specific users or groups to have differing levels of access.
Can you speak to your system admin about this?

Those are the 2 permissions and both are set to none. I am one of the sys admins, and a basic domain user can access my calendar. I kinda figured administrator and domain admins would have access but not standard domain users. I'll have to check what is in mailbox rights, but I know that nobody else will in there for access.
