Hey everyone,

First off, I just wanted to say I've used this pretty useful site so many times, and usually I can do a couple of quick searches and find the answer to what I was looking for. But this time, I'm stumped.

I came home for Christmas with my dad building a tower for a family friend, and just before leaving for a business trip, asks me to take a look at it, the DVD isn't working right.

Sure enough, you put in a DVD/CD, the drive recognizes it, lets you play around in the files and everything, but when you try to run an executable file, I keep getting an "Entry Point Not Found" error with the text reading something like "The procedure entry point TerminadeProcess could not be located in the dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll"

I've double checked cables, reinstalled the drivers, done every "little" thing I can think of and need some fresh opinions.

It's an NEC DVD-RW ND-3550A running on a Windows XP Service Pack 2 platform.

And again, thanks for providing such a vaulable service on these boards in this day and age of unsupported everything.
