    Outlook 2003 Reminders

    I have a user that is not getting the reminder pop up in Outlook 2003. She is the only one out of 300. I have tried the detect and repair as well as a complete uninstall and reinstall of the Office software. It still will not pop up. All items to make it do that are checked. Anyone have any ideas?
