    Reasons to Celebrate

Well, I have now been a "single mother" for a year... and it has been interesting.

But a better reason to celebrate is that I have finally finished the Java Middleware module for my degree. YIPPPPEEEEEE

Coding to me is like the ironing - it's great when it's done, but doing it is a real chore.

At the end of this week I will have completed half the degree course. Thursday is a 3 hour exam on enterprise databases... I have two days to cram.

Friday I am going to buy a bottle of wine, something sweet and dessert like, a movie and just chill for a couple of hours.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

You wanta bottle of port then, a tawny.

    Hmmmm.

You might also want to take a look at the valpolicella familly if you like your wines with a bit more *oomph*. I find they go with pretty much everything, so they make an execellent choice for those evenings when you're invited over and have no idea what will be served.

    Oh yeah, congratulations.

Congratulations Noo! It's a great deal of work to get where you are at. Not to mention the single mum thing.

There is a joy unlike any other that you see in a person who is graduating. Hope you get to experience that.
