Never did see the point of UMD... and the DVD will always be cheaper than the UMD because production runs of DVD are much larger than UMD.

Unless you have played the FF games, you will not understand this movie. I watched it last night and while the animation was top notch, the story line assumed you were into the whole FF thing and have played all the games. Too many holes in the story that are only filled in if you actually played the games.
