Nice to see they stepped up to the plate and decided to back their product. Lifetime warranties should not need a receipt and they need to prove misuse and not assume it.

And this, my friends, makes PQI climb into my "recommend" list right away.
Not because, as some would say, they "caved in", but because even when they did not have to, as this thread had argued, they honored the warranty.
