RE: Searching for a Graphics Card
I own a computer with an ASUS M2A-VM Motherboard with Integrated Graphics, and I was wondering if I should get a separate video card. All my fellow gamers say that I should (they say Halo doesn't run well on an integrated graphics card), and I'm not sure what exactly I should be looking for.
Ideally, I'd like to get a decent video card for my computer, but I need some help.

Looks like you have a PCI Express x16 slot on the mobo... so what is your budget?
You can find cards from $70 to $700...

Onboard graphics rarely if ever game "well"
There are many many choices for what you need.
But also remeber, the larger the video card then the larger power draw so then that power supply of 450 is looking more like 550/600 depending on the graphics card and its needs.
As CeeBee said its all about budget and need
How much can you afford?
How nice of games do you want to play?

The main reason I am looking for a separate graphics card is because recently my computer has been crashing due to what Microsoft called a "video stop" error. This has not happened in the past week or so, but I was told to look for a graphics card. I'm looking at a budget of around $100 - $150 to spend on a graphics card.
Further, because my computer has had parts replaced in the past few months, I will need to figure out what was installed (I hired someone to fix a problem, and they had to replace the motherboard with the one I currently have, they replaced the processor, and the RAM, as well as the power supply).
Will get you more details as I learn them.

You can get something decent for ~125+, something really good for ~200
