Turn off the email message at windows login?
Hey everyone,
During Win XP login, by one of the accounts, it reports number of emails. The client states it’s from Hotmail. I don’t have much experience with user account setups. I advised to uninstall all hotmail software in add remove programs.
Anyone knows how to turn off the email message at windows login?
Thanks,

Is it listed in the startup tab in msconfig?

See if this is what you are talking about: http://forums.wugnet.com/disable-unr...opict9772.html The links Kelly provides takes you straight to his site and the TweakUI refers, of course to that program. Also, check to see if there is anything like this program installed: http://www.raizlabs.com/software/mailcountHelp.htm Good luck.
