    Possible CPU problem

I have a system I'm trying to repair that runs very slow. I've eliminated it being a software problems, hard drive issue, and RAM issue. I'm thinking it's a possible issue with the motherboard or CPU. Does anyone know if any kind of free diagnostic utility I can download that will run tests on the CPU and be fairly accurate?
