Exchange 2003 Issue
Hello. We use Exchange 2003/Outlook 2003. We have a user that wants to set up a rule to automatically forward any incoming emails to his blackberry account. We set up the rule and the emails never get to his blackberry. We tested it just trying to forward the emails to a hotmail account and those never arrive either. The user is able to forward items manually to the account just fine. I have updated all of the service packs and ran all Outlook updates. Is there anything that could be blocking it in Exchange? If so, where do I need to go to change these settings? Thanks everyone!

Yes, there is.
Go into System Manager, double-click Message Formats then right-click Default in the right-hand pane, choose Properties from the drop-down menu.
Go to the Advanced tab and you will see various check boxes in there relating to Out of Office replies and forwarding.

emr...
THANK YOU! I had been in the Properties and browsed through the tabs and looked right past those 2 boxes. I feel like an idiot for missing this simple fix. Thank you VERY much!
