    Welcome to Windrivers:

It is almost always preferable to download new drivers and anything else you can for an OEM mobo from the OEM mobo site.

    Asus; http://support.asus.com/download/dow...l=A8V%20Deluxe

    Well...
    thanks for the links.
Are you sure these are the latest ones?

    Should I install these appls?

Should I first unistallthe already existed drivers or I can procced over them?

    EDIT
Well, I tried to install the "Setup YukonWin.exe" and I got this error msg
"This installation package is not supported by this processor type"

Sounds to me like more of a language barrier than a PEBCAK.....

The drivers you find on the chipset manufacturer's website are almost always the most current/recent version - the only time I know of when this is not true is in the case of leaked beta drivers.

For your motherboard, you should be ok with downloading the VIA drivers if ASUS hasn't yet updated it's site with their version...HOWEVER this is not recommended.

Sometimes the chipset manufacturer will release a new version of their drivers without first providing them to the motherboard manufacturers first, or not enough time will be given for any necessary customizations. This can cause there to be a more up-to-date driver available that has not been fully tested with each specific motherboard that uses those components. While usually the drivers work fine, it's best to wait until your motherboard manufacturer releases their own update to ensure your computer remains as stable and reliable as possible.
