    Word Page Settings Issues

    I have a client that saved the document in Legal format but when someone else tries to open the document it defaults to letter for that person. But the first person opens the document up and I notice the page setup is correct. Any help would be great.

    Does the user account of the person who gets the wrong format default to or only have access to a printer that lacks Legal size?
