hmmmm - not quite session passwords
password behaviour
manage passwords on a domain
manage passwords no domain
The check box was probably created on the design of the form when the code was written.... I am guessing you don't want to block it remembering all passwords, just some?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

I would like to be able to block it from saving any passwords. I have a lab of 16 machines that are just about exclusivly used by students.

I'm just going to let Deep Freeze take care of it.
Thanks for the ideas.

Shamus: read through this article a bit and particularly note the advice about students trying to save files - just a caution so you get it going well.

Thanks CCT, haven't had time to look at that, but I found this at another forum and it looks promising:
Start
Control Panel
Administrative Tools
Local Security Policy
Security Options
Change "Network access: Do not allow storage of credentials or .net passports for network authentication" to Enabled.

But thanks for the heads up!
