    Microsoft .NET Framework...

    "May relate to execution of code runtime compiled inside
    of the SoapHttpClientProtokol constructor which calls during runtime the
    codedom to generate an assembly to load it in the memory.

    Unfortunetly it seems to me that this in-memory generated assembly that is
    being used to access the Web Service is an unsigned assembly that therefore
    cannot be given any rights under a "run-signed-code-only" security policy."

    ************** JIT Debugging **************
    To enable just in time (JIT) debugging, the config file for this
    application or machine (machine.config) must have the
    jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
    The application must also be compiled with debugging
    enabled.

    For example:

    <configuration>
    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />
    </configuration>

    When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
    will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the machine
    rather than being handled by this dialog.

    I tried clicking on continue the error dialog box comes back, better yet it pretty much blinks for a second and reappears. There is also another dialog box stating :
    Please wait while windows configures Document Viewer. This box stays idle and cannot be activated whatsoever.
    All of this happened after installing a new AntiVirus software.

    Any suggestions??

    Joe... what were you installing? Your post is confusing in that it has lots of info, but the question got lost in the shuffle.

    NooNoo

    The question is:
    How do I get rid of these error messages? They start and stay on my screen when I startup my system. I have to move them around just to use everything.
    When I click continue in the dialog box another pops up and says "please wait while windows configures Document Viewer" the first box comes back on my screen and nothing has been done and I can't X these boxes. I have run all the scans all the proper procedures when uninstalling things. I don't know, the system that has this problem is brand new. Oh, I was installing a norton virus program, I'm not too sure if this had anything to do with whats going on though.

    -Thanks for any help in advance.

    looks like you might be missing the mdac updates

    Have you been to windows update?

    or try this
    If so, you may first check if the msmask32.ocx file exists in the system, generally it is in directory %SystemRoot%\System32.
    If the file exists in the system, you may try registering this component
    again, by Regsvr32.exe msmask32.ocx then run your program again.

    1.1 is old and it was extremly buggy with many applications as well.
    Installing net 2.0 will likely cure this issue
    If not uninstall 1.1 and then reboot then install 2.0
    3.0 is out by the way so you see how old 1.1 is

    Resolved Problem solved..

    Missing a file from HP software that had been misplaced somewhere I'm assuming. Or damaged for some reason installing other programs. Whatever the case all I did was un-and-re-install software the error Vanished! Thanks anyhow guys. I hate HP software. The printers are fair value for the home office environment but I dont recommend the software by any means. I keep saying this to myself but yet another system and another HP program installed. No more, promise.
