Another problem with the GE Minicam Pro
Ah well..this camera has been working perfectly for me for about a month now, and i've been using it on MSN messanger, however, recently it's been acting up. I'll plug it into the USB port, and msn won't recognize it as a camera, or windows will tell me that there has been a problem during installation or it will claim it is unknown.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling multiple times and it won't work. Jasco doesn't seem to have a very good customer service either, i e-mailed them and it seems they'll take a very long time in responding. does anyone have any suggestions?

Well it could possibly be a problem with the webcam. I had a vimicro cam to RA that showed me those same issues when I tested.
The only other thing you can do is check and possibly exchange the lead. Try another usb port and uninstall and reinstall drivers.. (without the cam plugged in)...and test it in another machine.
Failing that if it is new it is still under warranty and time to have it RA'd so take it back to where you bought it.
