    Can you post a screenshot of the disk management? If powermax sees 20 and you did the zero fillm, then there should be nothing at all on the disk. Are you running powermax from windows or from a startup disk?

    OK, if you look in my thread (HDD Utils) You should find a utility there that will automatically partion the drive to the full size for you (Ontrack Disk Manager) - it's a free download and fits on a floppy disc.
