Restart and tap F8 key several times until it goes to a selection then
pick safemode. In safemode run your antivirus and spybot, adaware, hopefully
even Ewido.

If this is a reboot due to internal error, turn off auto restart ( right click my computer, properties, advanced, startup and recovery, settings and uncheck the 'automatically restart' box - next time it will blue screen properly so you can make a note of the exact message ).

Is the power supply unit suficient for your current system (http://www.journeysystems.com/power_...calculator.php)?
Also, I've had a similar situation occur where my PSU was slowly dying and it caused reboots, shutdowns.

You can test to see if it is a heat issue by getting into the cmos and leaving it there for a while, if it stays up then you can probably eliminate it as a culprit. You said that you reimaged it recently, are you sure that you have the most up to date drivers as Garak suggested, and also is it Windows XP or some other flavor? Also, make sure that you have the latest sevice pack available. Does it reboot when in safe mode?

Are you saying there is a possibility that some MS Critical Updates aren't yet insalled on this PC?
