    Angry Word Perfect Print problem

    Hello All

    Customer has Corel Office 2002. Word Perfect has just started to do this: If any changes are made to the document, it will not print. You can load any document from My Documents and it will print, but change the font or insert something, and it will lock up Word Perfect when you try to print.

    I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. still it does the same thing

    I am not familiar with WP

    Printing issues with Word Perfect are legion. Some of them can be resolved by inserting the WP Print Spooler in the Startup Group. I've also seen conflicts with older versions of MS Antispyware, and many others. If you have never used any of Sysinternals (now official MS software) tools such as Filemon for troubleshooting, you need to do yourself a huge favor and download them.
