Linksys Wmp54gs & Fedora Core 6
I have PCI wireless linksys wmp54gs broadcom.
in past with fedora core 3, 4 5 i've used dhcpcd, ndiswrapper, windows drivers for card, and developmental 16k stack kernel.
what versions of things to i need to make this card work in fedora 6?
ndiswrapper version?
dhcpcd version?
* also, is wlan0 available in fedora core 6 or do i have to use an interface of eth0 or eth1 ?
***** also, do i have to manuall type in terminal:
iwconfig wlan0 essid XXXX
iwconfig wlan0 key xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx <--- for WEP
dhcpcd -t 10 wlan0
Please help. Thank you!
