How do I add a user to manage a distribution group in AD
Okay, we have a 2003 Server network. I have several distribution groups setup in AD. What I want to accomplish is to add 2 users to be able to manage 'group A'. When I open up the properties of 'group A', there is a tab for 'managed by' but I can only add one user. How to I add another user to manage 'group A'?
I think the problem is either an ID10T or PEBCAK error

You can't. You can only have one user manage a group.
Sorry.

Try creating a Security group, adding this group to the security settings for the Distribution group, and adding the users you want to control the Distribution group to the Security group.
St. Atala raised the Holy Hand Grenade up on high saying "Oh, Lord! Bless this, thy hand grenade, that with it thou mayest blow thine enemies to tiny bits, in thy mercy."
