(Another) Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM) conflict

Hey All!

I am new to these boards, but doing a search on google about my soundcard problem pointed me here! Hopefully someone can help me out.

I recently upgraded my old computer from Windows ME to XP, and now I can barely hear any audio computer out of my speakers at all. I looked under the system icon in control panel to see that Creative AudioPCI (ES1371,ES1373) (WDM) was listed under my sound control, and I see that others have had the same problem and listing as myself. Is there any way I can clear this problem up? It is infact onboard audio that came in a Cicero computer if that makes a difference. I have tried to look on the Cicero website for support for this particular computer, but for some reason it will not take the number I am entering as the serial number for my computer. I have downloaded a diagnostics tool called LookInMyPC but I have a feeling it's not giving that accurate of reports on what I am running, any other free ones I can try? For the BIOS info. it gives me:
