Chaintech VNF4/VNF4 Ultra POST Code 50??

Hello all...

I seem to be having an issue on boot-up with my motherboard above. It just hangs at POST Code 50, after resetting the Bios. I have tried everything to get it to boot-up past this phase, but no go. I cannot even get into the Bios??

I have never flashed the Bios and have 2 x 512mb DDR 400 Ram modules.

-What can cause this and how can I solve it??
-Can it be RAM related??


-any suggestions welcome...

When I have a problem with boot, I sometimes have to build the computer out of the case in order to track down the problem.
However by googling code 50 errors I see others are having the same problem. esp with usb connected go to this link. At least youll benefit from others experience. http://forums.pcper.com/showthread.php?t=402331
