AFAIK: from Iomegas website I tried a software download for Peerless DOS drivers but they do not exist since it is USB and I have yet to see many USB dos drivers.
Now if it were ATAPI or SCSI it might be different.

Yep, USB devices do not work under DOS, NT or 95a. The Peerless requires Windows 98 minimum.

The Firewire version won't be any help either, since Firewire won't work properly with anything earlier than Windows 98 SE.

If they make a SCSI version, this should be usable in DOS.
