User Mailbox Limits: Do You Use them?

Trying to gather some information to see what other folks in the industry are doing to limit their users mailbox storage on their Exchange server.

What sort of rules do you enforce?

50MB, its housed and maintained in our main offiice. 50MB is usually not an issue for anybody, with the exception of a few users who only use webmail and never delete anything.

On base we limit the users to 75 megs, but allow .pst files so they can keep what they want. But they are responsible for backing them up, and are not allowed to store the .pst files on any server, as an open .pst file can screw up the tape backups.

For the most part our users mailbox are limited to 90MB, but there are a few exceptions. We also enforce a 10MB attachment limit globally on all mailboxes. Users can archive mail to their home directory drive to free up space.
