Panasonic toughbook cf-19 bios password

hi guys i have been asked to perform a restore of xp onto a cf-19chbaxbm panasonic toughbook

it has no optical or floppy drive and boots straight to a bios password...

i cant boot from lan or get to the boot sequence. have tried removing battery from the mobo overnight and nothing has happened. killbios will not work as its from a floppy.

any suggestions?

they seem to be unhelpful..... im not going to charge $185 !

Then ask the owner what the password is. If s/he doesn't know, are you sure s/he is the owner? If the owner has forgotten the password, then perhaps a major pain in the wallet will teach them not to forget their passwords in future!!

Have you registered the computer at the below site and fished for
information? Having to pay seems reasonable.
