    Looking for remote support solution...

    Hi all,
I am looking for a web conferencing and remote support solution that would work on both PC and Mac. Actually I’m in need of a tool that can present my computer screen remotely. Does this solution exist? Please help.

    VNC will do the remote

    Mac:
If your running OSX 10.4 it's built in:

    If not:

If you are a business providing remote support for desktops, you could do far worse than:

I use crossloop too. If the person I'm helping doesn't have it already it's easy and quick for them to download it and install it.

It's now a part of the ghost image for each model of PC I support.

The majority of clients I have that are heavy remote access users are agencies or businesses that deal with offices of the State of Texas. Radmin has increasingly become the tool of choice.
