Hello ahlai
Are you saying that you flashed your bios and it prompted and showed you bios was not supported?? You may have cornbuzzled your board.

yes,it prompted and showed bios not supported
what's the mean of cornbuzzled?
thanks
when i use flash895(bios flash tool),
it didn't prompt bios not support
but it seems that flash895 not support innorging the bios id checking
because my bios id is not the same as the newer bios file

You are either using the wrong flash utility or the wrong bios. What motherboard are you flashing?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Flashing your bios with the wrong one usually means it is toast,
