Two Questions:
IDE or SCSI?
Do you just want the thing to read CD-ROMs in DOS or do you actually want it to read DVDs in DOS?

I have never seen anything that will let you read DVDs in DOS? Can I ask why would you want to do that?

Have you tried a DOS cd-rom driver?

Driver Terrier
Most dvd drives don't need a driver... the driver is not the usual sort, it actually needs a ASPI driver. Ghost comes with the most used ASPI layers.
Your problem will be that Ghost is not compatible with all DVDs
this is for 2003
The list is for 2003, 2002s list was much shorter and did not support usb dvd or cds.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Thanks for the information !
I guess I'll need to upgrade to the newest version of Ghost.
I did down load the files from one of the links that you sent me.
Your help has been much appreciated.
