    Welcome to Windrivers daredevil

If you mean that Panasonic were no help because they wanted to charged you and you are looking for a free way then no, we can't help.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Daredevil, do you definitely mean just access to the BIOS setup, or do you mean the supervisor password to allow the laptop to boot up? If it's just the BIOS setup password garbled due to corrupted CMOS data, then the laptop should boot normally, and people have reported this can be corrected using the killcmos utility, or by dismantling the laptop and removing the CMOS backup battery for a time.

If you're meaning the supervisor password, this is held in EEPROM, and it's virtually impossible to just get "changed" by something like a battery issue. So I'm assuming that's not what you mean. But if it is what you're referring to, it must be dealt with using hardware issued to service agents by Panasonic. This is for security against unauthorised access to the unit - after all a toughbook is intended to be a secure machine.

I set my bios password and also xp windows password. I have nothing to hide,
but if someone was to steal it. I believe they could not use it!
