manual microcode update
Bought a Celereon 347 cpu for old Asus p5s800-vm that I got.
The thing is that this cpu is not officialy supported by the motherboard (while 346 cpu is supported).
The cpu works and all, But I get an "intel cpu Ucode loading error" in the bios screen just before boot, and then i get an annoying "F1 to continue" message.
Is there an manual update I can do (Already installed latest bios), that will once and for all update the cpu microcode, Or it something that is done on every restart basis ?
Thanks :O)

Disable F1 on errors if you have an option for that.

No, the manufacturer would have to come up with a new BIOS..
