Outlook 2007 Contact Display Names
Hello,
I have a client that has upgraded from Microsoft Outlook 2000 to Outlook 2007. When he did this it caused a bit of an issue for him.
When he tries to send an email to someone his address book the display on the email always appears with the Name and then email address. ie.
John Doe ([email protected]). I know one way to correct this is to go through the Address Book and edit every email address out of the "Display As:" line.
He has alot of contacts, and would rather not do this. Is there another way to correct this?
Thank You.

Export to CSV and see if it comes up as a separate column - if it does, delete the column and reimport the file.
Does your client have a previous backup?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Thank You and Sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
The client decided to make the changes manually, doing a few a day.
