Genuine one.. 30 years ago I was a TV rental sales receptionist... doing a contract for a TV rental with a lady of indian/asian background she gave her name as Miss Bagghi. I asked for her given name... it was Sagghi... yup, Miss Sagghi Bagghi... I do hope I kept a straight face, I know I tried very hard...
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

When I worked in the film industry one of the Production Companies had an Editor who gloried in the name of Mike Hunt. When folk shouted for him (as folk often shout making films) "Where's Mike Hunt??" it was an embarrasment for the shouter and the shoutee.
A secretary of mine years ago, Mrs Ness had a daughter and was surprised I was less than enthusiastic when she told me she was christening her "Emma". That may only strike a chord with the UK members of course
My real name gets a few odd comments occasionally too - but I'm too shy to say....

My friend Scott was in a bodybuilding competition and one of the judges was named Dick Fudge. That was like 15 years ago but I still chuckle when I think about it.
