"Just Me" Means that the program will only be installed and available to your user account on the computer.

"Everyone" means that all user accounts on the computer will have access to the program.

Now if you do not have multiple user accounts this doesn't really matter, but if you do and you do not want anyone else to use the program then select "Just Me" otherwise just select everyone.

    I think that made sense...hmmm

If you have access to the application from explorer, and your user account gives you the right to run it, then "just me" is not relevant.

Are you trying to ensure that no one else runs the application when you do?

I would suspect that is because the other user accounts have admin rights or something. If that is the case then they would be able to run it but it should not show up in their start menu.

Well if it's a service what sort of service... user, system or what?
