    Bios upgrade

    Got an old clunker here, IBM Aptiva 2137 E26 or 2137 5xx depending where you look on the box. It has an Acer bios. Mobo is a V58XA. All the links I've found are dead...not a big surprise! I can find a V58 upgrade but no XA. Thoughts, ideas or comments?

    If indeed its a harddrive limitation you are trying to overcome.
    Its likely simpler to just use an PCI to IDE card or a PCI to SATA
