    Vista OEM

Will the Vista Ultimate OEM reinstall another system like the XP OEM does? I had a customer that his pc crashed and I have an OEM (not with me at the time) and he has a valid prod key on the side of his box, will it reinstall Vista Home Edition?

As far as I know it will but I have only used OEM discs from the computer manufacturers so far.
At the source of every error which is blamed on the computer, you will find at least two human errors, including the error of blaming it on the computer.

It should. I would only be careful if it's one of the big box companies as they often use bios authentication, making the usage of a CD key unnecessary.

Another question, does the ultimate version OEM contain all the versions of Vista and the key dictate what version is actually installed?

Ferrit does this mean I could take my Ultimate OEM cd and reinstall a Vista Home, Home Premium, Business or whatever version using their key and it be installed to their version?
