Is there a easy way in Outlook to toggle

On of my users wants an easy way to toggle between her business and personal stationary. Is there a way to do that easily?

Its funny that you ask this because we had a couple users in my organization ask the same thing. We posted the question to Microsoft and they pretty much said no. To the users that asked the question we told them that they are not supposed to be using their work email for personal uses anyway so it didn't really matter.

Well everyone's work user policy is different but being the boss she should know to keep her business and personal contacts separate. If your organization allows company/work email to be used as a personal email inbox then I am not sure what to say. All I can say is maybe someone else has an answer for you but I didn't spend much time on it even though questions like this still get asked of my users. When they ask I have been instructed to tell them about our Use Policy and if they say they do not have a personal email address I refer them to the many free email services on the internet. They usually grumble and complain but thats life I guess.

AmyB, maybe you should just tell your boss that Microsoft hasn't enabled any kind of a toggle for "Security Purposes". These days, I think that'll end most discussions.
