MS Word remembering printer settings
I have a customer who wants everyone to print black and white, unless there's a specific reason to print colour, (color).
All printer drivers have been set as default to print in black and white, but users have the ability to select colour if required.
When using MS Word, if users select colour for a particular print job, then the next time they print that or any other job the application remembers the last print settings used. So if the user forgets to check, the ouputs stay colour for the next print.
Does anyone know any way to make MS Word NOT remember the last printer settings and pick up the printer defaults? I've tried all morning now and searched the web until my eyes are bleeding, (but in b&w)
There's no panic like the panic you momentarily feel when you've got
your hand or head stuck in something
