Yes. Since I didnt get any response even after 3 weeks, I sent another email through the service portal (rather than to the customer care email id). I have been assigned a request ID and I am waiting for further action. I got an automated response saying that the appropriate nodal officer would look into my request as soon as possible.
Dont steal; the Government doesn't like competition.
