    No server display after moving

I have recently acquired a Dell Power Edge 6300 server with 6 hot swap drives and 3 hot swap power supplies. After relocating it I cannot get it to post video. During the move I removed the drives and power supplies to lighten the load. Since then I have tried reseating PS and drives, but still no video display. The unit power up and drives spin up but no video display. Any ideas what I could try next? Thanks

Reseated the RAM? If you think it has properly booted, try remoting into it?
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

Red face No server display after moving

NooNoo makes a great suggestion and I have to ask if you made sure to place the drives back in the back plane in the same order you pulled them. Some potential for confusing the system if they were set up in a RAID configuration.

I had a 6300 that I was playing with and I ran into the same problem and it turned out that the video card was bad. If you by chance have a simple PCI video card, try that in one of the slots to see if you get the POST and boot info to display.
