"Setup program cann't find match Realtek HD Audio Inf file!"
Hi!
My computer used to be normal untill a few weeks ago when my sound just stopped working for what seemed like no reason at all!! My laptop is a Toshiba Satellite A100 and was upgraded to Vista. The volume is at full blast and i checked to make sure its not muted. I plugged in some earphones to see if they work and got nothing. I thought there might be a problem with the sound driver so I downloaded the Realtek Audio Driver from the Toshiba Support website and tried to set it up but a message popped up and said "Setup program cann't find match Realtek HD Audio Inf file!". I clicked "ok" and another window said "Install Realtek HD Audio Driver Failure!!".
I just want my sound back! What other information do you need to figure out what the problem is? Any help is appreciated...please?????
