my computer- right click -properties-click hardware-device manager-click display adapters-click- display adapters-click- write down the display model you use example : VIA TECH VT###/VT### (DONT WORRY ABOUT DEVICE TYPE,MANUFACTURE, LOCATION. MISSURE YOU CHECK THE DEVICE STATUS IF IT SAY ERR 23 OR ETC YOU DONT HAVE A DISPLAY ADAPTER DRIVERS INSTALL CORRECTLY SO WHAT YOU NEED TO DO IS TO FIND OUT WHAT MOTHERBOARD YOU USING AND MAKE MODEL OF THE MOTHERBOARD WRITE IT DOWN AND FIND IT AT GOOGLE OR SEARCH U WILL A STICKER ON THE TOP OR SIDE VGA CONNECTOR OR ON UR PORT ( THE WHITE ONES) SIDE U CAN FIND OUT WHAT MODEL U USING WITH THE S/N IF U CANT FIND YPU NEED TO GO YOUR LOCAL COMPUTER PLACE AND GET INSTALLED CORRECTEDLY )

internet search type ur model #or example:manui3 motherboard and it will gave u a pic of ur motherboard and guide to it loook at ur guide and find out what video u using and download the type of video driver it show u when u dont that u will have 16 bit still and all the driver will be installed so after that u have the video name u can go to google and type 32 bit Model name download. and u will find what u need for and download ur computer and install it when u finish installing ur computer u need to start ur computer all over again.

when u start ur computer again u need to go to ur desk top and right click proerties and setting the color should say 256 and change it to true color 16bit that how u change ur color bits
