I know techs that fix printers like that.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

    Great stuff!

Sadly, no. Between wildly fluctuating airfare pricing and the hotel requirements for this year I am not attending. I always (used to ) bring the wife with me and we'd make this our annual holiday but that can't happen this year. Too expensive to bring her with, and I won't go without her, so there you go.

I don't think it can possibly get any worse than it was.

I was very glad last year that Starbucks still had their breakfast sandwiches, rather than eat the mystery box meal I walked across the street and grabbbed one of their ham, egg and cheese sandwiches with a large cup of straight-up black coffee. That was enough to keep me going until the mid-morning munchie trays rolled out.

I like scramble eggs for breakfast... don't think that's going to happen.

I'll be interested in hearing how things go ... most of the old-school team I hang around with are not going either for various reasons, either financial or the hotel thing or in a few cases both. It'll be interesting to hear how the crowd is this year compared to prior years.

You have to remember that I go back to when all the MVPs were able to pose for a picture at once. I'm on the wrong PC right now but I'll have to see if I can find a picture I have from one of the first summits I ever attended.
