Post sb live platinum & unknown pci audio device

just installed sb live platinum on
    PIII 800eb
    intel d815eaa mobo
    creative anihillator geforce2mx 32mb ddr
    acer 50Xcdrom
    creative 8432 cdrw
    creative dsi v.90 modem
    win 98 2nd ed.

after reboot there is an unknown pci audio device that i cannot find the drivers for. (yellow ? pci audio) i've browsed the whole install cd, options\cabs, win 98 cd, even the modem cd....

in device manager, i list what seems to be all the components for creative sound and everything including ir remote is running fine.. what the hell is the unknown?

    thanx team!

Check in the BIOS for Onboard Audio and make sure it is not set to auto, if so Disable it.
