CTT Thank You Very Much! Sounds like reseting the CMOS worked! I was able to get to the BIOS setup, changed my boot sequence, and now I'm installing WINXP!!!
YOU DA MAN!
Thanks Again!

Hey CCT, I'm having trouble finding a Video Controller (VGA compatible) compatible. Any help on that is greatly appreciated. Thx

For that series anyway, HP expect uyou to use the recovery partition OR a recovery disk to restore the system/drivers.
Since you don't seem to have either, the options are detailed here:

edit: If you have no luck using those hints (which may be the case due to HP being too stubborn as to actually provide decent driver downloads for what they sell), download and run the Everest utility and make a report for the video (please delete ALL the debug stuff before posting it); http://www.majorgeeks.com/download4181.html

Thanks Bro!
I've installed Everest last night (I've read about it on some other thread), but it didn't help all that much, so I went ahead and downloaded a graphic adapter driver for the pavilion 751n and it seem to have done the job!
Thanks a 10^6
