Outlook 2003 Quit working all of a sudden
XP Pro, Office 2003. Have been using Outlook (NOT express) for at least 3 years without an issue. All of a sudden today, I cannot send email. I have 4 accounts set up and cannot send email using ANY of them. I can send using ISP webmail application so it is not the ISP. What it says is the server connection was interupted. I do recieve email. It also does it when I reply to an email. WTF???
Any suggestions?

Check the isp smtp configuration in your account settings against the advice listed on the help webpage at the ISP. You may find they require an extra setting all of a sudden.
Particularly look for "My outgoing (smtp) server requires authentication" in more settings for the account requirement by the isp.
Never, ever approach a computer saying or even thinking "I will just do this quickly."

CHanged outgoing port to 587 and put a check in the box about requiring authentication and got all but 1 email aco**** working. Making progress but makes no sense that I have to do this all of a sudden.

That would imply a port configuration problem - firewall, or perhaps you have been blacklisted.

Not a blacklist issue. Dunno, maybe ISP changed ports and one of the 30 million people that I got at tech support did not know about it.

What's the exact error message you get when sending smtp? Did you try the test account settings?
