Changing keyboard layout
In regional and Language settings, is there a way to edit your keys? If not, does anyone know of any software in which I can edit the keys (say change Q to A) and save them? Then move back to original as needed?
Any Advice is greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Vista isn't on this list.
I'm not sure that you can create a custom keyboard layout on Vista.

Not on the supported list != unsupported and unsupported != doesn't work
It just means that it wasn't tested and proven to work on Vista
