[RESOLVED] I need help

I try to install new hardware, and when I searh in windows it says that has goun "PCI multimedia audio device", but windows doesn't find the drive.
I looked at the sound card and it says:
PCI SOUND PRO
HT838A/PCI
HRTF 3DX AUDIO
EC572-P19905U66D
can you help me please?

This IS your sound card. If you do indeed have the driver disk, from device manager, double-click this device to bring up its properties. Next click on the Driver tab, then Update Driver, and provide your driver disk when prompted (this part of the install varies somewhat with different versions of Windows).
