Unfortunately, you have not provided enough information to troubleshoot this problem.
could you go into more detail regarding the problem?

How do you define "slow"? - Does it take 5 minutes to boot? or does it take 30 seconds when you are expecting 15? Is it slow based on benchmarks from other people with the same hard drive?

What chipset drivers are you using?
How did you partition the hard drive?
Did you Securewipe the hard drive before installing? (if this is a re-install)
Did you flash to the latest firmware on the SSD?

Installed on Sata Port Not Gsata install os reboot started in 27sec after I install everything boots after 1min.
I didn't install no partition was told it was preformated ready for os.
Can't find a update for this model.

I even followed the guide on OCZtech still nothing.

I'm starting to think I didn't install the os right. MaybeI should of formated the ssd even if the package said preformated. What is a partition alignment? Do you think it's best to just Backup my system and formated the ssd or just do a clean install???? What's the steps needed before installing a os on a gen1 ssd?

By the way I can't find any updates or flash for this ssd in case you ask.

Heres a picture of my partition alignment offset Does it need alignment? If so I thought windows 7 does that automatically.

I see that you started a thread over at the OCZ forums. The experts are there and i think you should continue to follow your support there. I'm just an amateur compared to them. I would just be repeating things that you've already been told in that thread.

I would agree, but i gleaned all my SSD knowledge from there, so i have the utmost confidence in their ability to solve problems.
